CARIVA'S Ramadan Deals

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Cariva Ramadan Campaign “Buy a Car, Receive Gold” is a limited-time promotional offer by CARIVA.

Eligible customers who purchase a vehicle from Cariva during the campaign period will receive a Gold Redemption Voucher, which can be exchanged for real gold subject to the terms below.

This campaign is designed as a promotional reward, not a discount or price reduction.

2. Campaign Period

Start Date: 15th Feb 2026

End Date: 20th March 2026

Cariva reserves the right to modify or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for the campaign, customers must:

  • Be aged 18 years or older.
  • Purchase a vehicle directly from Cariva during the campaign period.
  • Complete full payment or approved financing for the vehicle.
  • Receive an official Cariva Gold Voucher at the time of purchase, with an official stamp from Cariva.
  • Purchase must be for personal or business use (resellers excluded unless approved by Cariva).
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • Customer is eligible for gold payout only if there is no other discount applied on listed selling price.

The campaign applies to all nationalities and residents, unless otherwise restricted by UAE law.

4. Gold Reward Structure

Eligible customers will receive gold based on the final vehicle purchase price (inclusive of VAT). Additional costs such as RTA registration, insurance, and other related fees are excluded from the qualifying amount.

AED 35,000 - AED 50,000 1 Gram Gold
AED 50,000 - AED 99,999 2 Grams Gold
AED 100,000 and above 3 Grams Gold

Cariva reserves the right to determine the final qualifying purchase value.

5. Gold Voucher Mechanics

  • Gold will not be given directly at the showroom.
  • Eligible customers will receive a Gold Redemption Voucher upon vehicle purchase.
  • Physical gold shall be handed over to eligible customers within 30 days from the campaign end date
  • Eligible customers will be contacted for receiving the gold.
  • The gold reward will be provided as gold coins or an equivalent gold item, subject to availability and as determined by the authorized partner.

6. Gold Voucher Activation & Redemption

The Gold Redemption Voucher may be issued at the time of booking but will become valid and redeemable only after the vehicle purchase is fully completed, including:

  • Successful full payment or confirmed bank financing approval (confrimed LPO).
  • Vehicle handover to the customer.

7. Redemption After Campaign End

  • Gold redemption will continue for a limited time after the campaign concludes.
  • Customers who make a vehicle booking during the campaign period will remain eligible for the gold reward, even if the vehicle handover and voucher redemption happen after the campaign has ended, provided the purchase is successfully completed.

8. Non-Transferability

Gold vouchers:

  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be resold
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged

The voucher must be presented by the original vehicle purchaser.

9. One Reward Per Vehicle Purchase

Each qualifying vehicle purchase is eligible for one gold reward only. The reward is tied to the individual vehicle transaction and cannot be combined with other purchases.

Customers who purchase multiple vehicles in separate transactions during the campaign period may qualify for multiple vouchers, with each vehicle purchase being assessed independently according to the campaign's eligibility and reward structure.

10. Fraud & Abuse

Cariva reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, misuse, or abuse of the campaign.
  • Cancel or invalidate vouchers issued due to system error, duplication, or unauthorized use.
  • Request valid identification and proof of purchase before voucher redemption.
  • Refuse redemption if the participant fails to meet the campaign eligibility requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

Cariva shall not be held responsible for:

  • Any delays, availability issues, or service matters related to the authorized gold partner.
  • Fluctuations in the market price of gold.
  • Lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged vouchers.
  • Any acts, errors, or service issues arising from third-party partners involved in the fulfillment of this promotion.

13. Changes to Campaign

Cariva reserves the right to:

  • Modify campaign mechanics.
  • Substitute reward of equivalent value if required.
  • Suspend or terminate the campaign at any time.

Any updates will be published on the official Cariva website.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this campaign, customers confirm that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
  • Agree to be bound by them.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
